At Dimensions Salon we offer:

  • Manage your own schedule - You choose your hours and how much you want to work! This is one of the beautiful things about working for yourself. 

  • Commission on Retail Sales - We know that recommending products that maintain the quality of your work promotes the health of both our businesses. We promise to pay you 10% of your total retail sales every 6 months. Additionally we will contribute 10% of Dimensions Salon’s total retail sales into an Stylist Education Fund, to be used with the salon as a team.

  • Booking Software & Online Booking Site - All Dimensions Salon stylists receive access to our Vagaro POS & Booking software at no additional cost. Manage your clientele, easily collect required forms and payment for services, and elevate your business with online booking.

  • Mentorship - We are here to help you succeed. There are so many tools at your fingertips at Dimensions Salon, you just have to show up! You will have access to bi-monthly one-on-one accountability meetings. In addition, you are free to observe or shadow our stylists during downtime or days off!

Dimensions Salon Stylist Duties:

  • Maintain a cheerful, positive disposition to those around you.

  • Managing your own schedule and clientele. 

  • Record and pay taxes and fees relating to running your business.

  • Maintain Licencing and Insurance while operating your business. 

  • Keeping a clean environment maintaining health and safety and health conditions per California State Board regulations and Dimensions Salon requirements. 

  • Sanitizing your station after each client as well as cleaning up after yourself and your clients at the end of each shift.

  • Communicating the back bar and supply needs to the owner or ordering manager. 

  • Contribute to the team environment by accomplishing cleaning tasks as needed. 

  • Following all salon policies and operational requirements of Dimensions Salon.

  • Taking initiative to learn salon policies and POS system if selling product.

  • Maintaining professionalism at all times towards your colleagues, management, sales professionals and clients.

  • Checking salon communication avenues regularly to stay current with all the important work related information.
