Dimensions Salon Policies

It is Dimensions Salon policy to keep a valid card on file for any and all new appointments made. Your card will only be charged if the following cancellation policies are not observed:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations  must be made 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service and must be paid prior to booking a follow-up appointment. While 24 hours is required, 48 hours is appreciated.

No Call/ No Show Policy

No Call/No Show, or missing an appointment without letting your stylist know, will result in an 100% fee of your scheduled service and must be paid prior to booking a follow-up appointment. If two appointments are No Call/No Show, the client will no longer be able to book with Dimensions Salon in general. Being more than 20 minutes late is considered a No Call/ No Show.

Late Policy

There is a 15 minute grace period during a scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in being charged for the time you are late and your appointment. Due to time constraints, goals may be altered to fit into the scheduled time frame and appointments will not be extended to accommodate tardiness. 

Satisfaction Guaranteed 

If you are unsatisfied with your service, you have 7 days to contact your Dimensions Salon stylist for adjustments. While our salon and stylists do not offer refunds, our stylists are committed to helping you achieve your goals and accept feedback. Please note that all stylists are independent business owners.

Product Exchange/Refund Policy


Not loving the product you bought at Dimensions Salon? No problem! We’re happy to swap it out for something else of equal or lesser value, as long as it’s only been used once. We don’t offer refunds on opened items, but if you want to exchange for something pricier, just cover the difference. Keep in mind that we can’t exchange products that are less than 90% full, and unopened items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Also, please note that we aren’t responsible for any sales directly between you and your stylist for services rendered.

Payments Between Clients and Stylists


At Dimensions Salon, your stylist handles everything directly, from services to payments and any questions or adjustments. Our stylists run their own businesses within our salon, renting a chair and managing their own operations. So if you have any questions or concerns about your hair, reach out to your stylist directly. Of course, if you feel like something isn’t being resolved, salon management is here to help find a solution.

Stylist Booking Policies


Every stylist at Dimensions Salon has their own booking and no-show policies, which you can find on their individual artist websites. If you’re unsure about any of their policies, we encourage you to ask before booking your appointment to avoid any surprises.

No Children Policy


At Dimensions Salon, we aim to create a relaxing and safe space for everyone. To help keep things serene, we welcome children in the salon by appointment only. If you need to bring your child to your own appointment, we’re happy to arrange a time during our slower hours or days—just chat with your stylist to set it up. Please remember that salons can be tricky places for little ones with all the sharp tools and busy activity. If this policy isn’t followed, our team will kindly remind you in person.

No Additional Guests


To keep things comfortable and cozy for everyone, we ask that you come solo to your appointment. Our space is a bit limited, and we want to ensure the best experience for all. We’re unable to accommodate extra guests, but we make exceptions for parents bringing a minor or if a guest with special needs has an appointment. If you do bring someone along, they might need to wait at one of the nearby spots we love or in your car.

Dog Policy

We’re big dog lovers at Dimensions Salon, but to keep things running smoothly, would prefer you left your dog at home. We already have a salon dog here most of the time, so we need to be mindful of space. Please give your stylist a heads-up the day before your appointment if have a doggie “need”. Dogs must be leashed and stay with their owner at all times. And remember, no surprise visits—let your stylist or our team know first! MEDICAL service animals always welcome (this excludes emotional support animals).
